Which Class is Suitable for Me?
Beginners
Suitable for those with little or no Pilates experience. You will learn the principles of Pilates, improve your body awareness and posture in a small and fun class.
Mixed Ability
Suitable for both beginners and those at an intermediate level, exercise options will be given to ensure you can work at your own level and pace. Small equipment will often be used to keep the classes varied and challenging.
Intermediate to Advanced
A challenging class for those who have regularly practiced Pilates for at least 6 months. Ideal advancement from the Mixed Ability class. Not suitable for those with injuries.
